When you submit the contact form, we collect only the personal information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the message / enquiry details you write (including any service you select). We do not collect payment data, account credentials, or any other personal information through this website.

Your cookie consent choices are stored in your browser as a local preference and are never transmitted to us — see Cookies and Analytics.

We use the submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry, contact you about your request, and provide the requested information or a quotation for our career coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, mock interview, and career workshop services. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Submissions are made on the basis of your consent through the checkbox on the contact form.

Contact form submissions are sent to our form backend and stored in a private data store owned by Derin Margret (a private spreadsheet managed through a Google Apps Script web app). The store is never made publicly accessible.

Any quotations, products, or services discussed are held only for the purpose of addressing your request and as required by applicable law.

This website's own code does not set marketing or advertising cookies, and it does not set any HTTP cookies directly. The consent decision itself is stored in your browser's local storage as a single JSON object under the key cookieConsent, version 2.0.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics, advertising, marketing, and personalization cookies may only be placed by tag-management (GTM) tags or analytics tags, and only after you give consent through the cookie preferences for the corresponding category.

When a Google Tag Manager container is configured, it is loaded with Consent Mode v2: consent defaults to denied before any tag fires, and tags may read/write cookies only to the extent you have accepted. If no container is configured, such tags never run.

You can review or change your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer or by adjusting your browser's local storage settings.

We use the following services as part of this website:

• Form backend (Google Apps Script + Google Sheets) — to receive and store contact form submissions in a private data store owned by Derin Margret.
• Google Fonts — to serve website fonts.
• Google Analytics — to understand site usage, active only after you grant the Analytics category.
• Google Tag Manager — to manage analytics and marketing tags through Consent Mode v2; only active where a container ID is configured at deployment.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit, including restricting access to the private data store and using secure account practices at the providers we use.

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal requirements.
